there won’t be much here but these surface blobs. I need to find a source that speaks simple, plain English. Something the Americans seem unable to do. The only sources that are close are European. I’m going to keep adding to these comments about how hard it is to figure out how to do a simple thing. If you don’t want to follow the griping go back to the main page. Eventually I assume I will figure out how to link an audio file. Then I’ll add this recordings I’m making along the way where I talk about how I feel when the process goes wonky. (I ain’t pretty.)

All I’m trying to do is find a way to insert, upload, link, anchor create….I still don’t know what the proper term is for what I’m trying to do. In my head what I want to do is link existing files to this site. But I can’t figure out how to do that. Most of the instructions that look close talk about Word or Adobe or some other program I neither have or will ever have (okay, I do have Adobe, but only under protest) and therefore every time I ask SquareSpace help or the internet ghods or google AI for instructions all I get in return reads like gobbledegook.

When I do find an instructions that looks possible the page is so filled with jargon and acronyms that it takes me an hour to decipher this single instruction only to find that it does NOT do what I want. At least I don’t think it does. Someday you may hear how frustrating the process was, is, will be for the foreseeable future.
